I’d heard talk that there was a Naas Fairy Trail and today I found it. It was designed seemingly by Nature’s Sculptures as a permanent canal bank feature. Starting at The Moat Theatre, going down Abbey Street towards the canal, turning right at the graveyard and along the path in the trees, it’s a lovely feature and well kept by Naas Tidy Towns. The names on the doors are the names of fairies from Irish Mythology.

I'm retired since end August 2016 and loving the new life! More time now for family and friends and to explore craft, history, travel and certainly more of a chance for, me-time. To paraphrase Seuss: I've no tears that (teaching) is over; but many smiles that it happened!
